Hello members! It has been a while since I published a journal, but currently we only have one admin doing the moderation for this group, so I do apologise about any delays in moderation and my inability to judge some pieces that were the jurisdiction of other admins in the past. I doubt that this journal will be given attention to, but we've noticed that people have been not only breaking the rules, but disregarding any personal notes on why a submission has been declined.
Main offenders of these are people who refuse to submit [ Adoptable ] type submissions into the proper folder, which is the [ ADOPTABLES ] folder. Notices have been repeatedly sent out to why their submission has been rejected, and encouraged them to submit it to the correct folder, but after repeatedly mentioning this again and again to the same users, I decided to establish a warning that if they do not correct this, I will decline their future submissions with the same issue without leaving a note, as it gets tiring to keep jumping hoops to leave them a message. deviantART's transition to Eclipse has been very tough on group management.
As of late, these offenders have also started spamming their submissions into multiple folders, including the correct one, but it has bloated the inbox with tens and twenties of their one singular submission into every single other folder, and some even multiple times. Due to the Eclipse system, if there are too many items to moderate, some items in the moderation queue will not show up. These spam submissions are compromising pieces from users who actually follow the rules waiting for moderation.
If this behaviour keeps up, I will be forced to block these individuals. Consider this a warning in addition to personal notes in the submission logs.
